1. Techniques

Use techniques found in our Lady Effects product range to add depth to the surface of your plain wall. Objects like a sponge, plastic bag or a special effects roller can be worked to give your wall an entirely new look. Sponging is the easiest of all techniques. It can result in a range of effects depending on the choice of colour, the colour medium, the technique, and size of the sponge.

After applying the base coat, you can use more than one colour to sponge over it. Prefer to use lighter colours over a dark base coat for a more defined effect.
